Benedikt Weishaupt is a communication designer and lecturer based in Berlin. He has been teaching at Jan-Van-Eyck Akademie, LCC London, University of Europe and the Royal Academy of Art Den Haag. Between 2016 and 2021 Weishaupt has been an assistant lecturer in the Visual Communications department of weißensee academy of art berlin.

He currently works as a project lead on the digital showroom of the DOK Eisenhüttenstadt and is investigating informalities in the training of european border guards based on the annual Frontex Photocompetition funded by the Stimulieringsfonds, Netherlands.
